As a personal assistant to the CEO of a property management company specializing in the renovation and sale of single-family homes, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive in various administrative and operational tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, efficient organization, and effective time management, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic decision-making and business growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:

-Prospecting and Research
-Conduct research on potential property acquisition opportunities, analyzing market trends, and identifying potential investment targets.
-Gather relevant information and compile detailed reports to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
-Phone Management:
-Answer phone calls on behalf of the CEO, providing a friendly and professional point of contact for clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
-Screen and direct calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
-Calendar and Schedule Management:
-Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, while ensuring optimal time allocation and efficient use of resources.
-Coordinate with internal and external parties to schedule meetings and arrange necessary logistics.
-Meeting Support:
-Attend meetings with the CEO and take comprehensive notes, documenting key discussions, action items, and decisions.
-Prepare meeting agendas and presentations, ensuring all necessary materials are ready in advance.
-Daily Schedule Planning:
-Plan the CEO's daily schedule in advance, considering priorities, deadlines, and time constraints.
-Anticipate potential conflicts or issues and propose solutions to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
