Looking to hire a hybrid VA with a base salary of $2/hr to start and a $3/hr bump after 3 months who can be trained to do do project management admin work, and be a hybrid worker taking on different roles for our home improvement ---------- addition, we will carve out half of the paid day for appointment setting for commissions that can multiply the income 2-5 times. Our company sells and installs hurricane windows/doors, solar, and roofing in S. Florida. Good internet, being reliable, available, and accessible for screen shares and skype calls throughout and at any time during the work day for training purposes is a must. To ensure success at our company you must have an appetite to work. The days are busy with many ---------- sire to learn and do the tasks in an efficient manner are of upmost ---------- anizational skills, and the ability to pick up what is learned fast is important. We will train you to do the admin, to sell the appts, and then to also recruit others into our company for more compensation opportunities. You will have base salary for 8 hrs a day 5 days a week monday thru friday. The admin role will involve project management of sold jobs which includes, data entry, scheduling installations/inspections, getting hoa approvals, quoting, ordering, job costing projects, funding projects and more.
