Appointment Setter for Legacy Strong

Legacy Strong is a company that helps entrepreneurs and small businesses secure funding through bank financing. We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Appointment Setter to join our remote team.

As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to respond to leads generated through our Instagram ads and book appointments for our team of funding specialists. You will also use our CRM tool to perform outbound messaging on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients and generate leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for calling prospects after they book a call to confirm the appointment and provide further information about our services.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak English fluently
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus

We will provide training and support for our CRM tool and lead generation strategies. However, some experience in appointment setting or sales is preferred.
