We are a European-owned e-commerce company operating several online stores in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Our customers are girls and young women in the U.S. and Europe. We are passionate about kawaii culture, and customer happiness is the main goal of our company.

*REQUIREMENTS:*
- Excellent written English
- Ability to creatively solve problems and research solutions online
- Remote communication with the team in Hong Kong & Tokyo
- Modern computer with a fast & reliable internet connection
- Comfortable and quiet home office for efficient work
- Interest & experience in Japanese pop culture is a plus

- Handling different e-commerce admin tasks & supporting your teammates
- Metrics, analytics, research, etc.
