Customer Support

For an email and text (no-voice) position - we need someone with absolutely fluent English that will answer customer service requests in under 10 minutes using our system.

Requirements:
Experience with working in customer support for apps

Experience in working as customer support in a gaming app- advantage.

Work hours:
12 hours shifts Philippines time 5 days a week with an option to work also weekends if you desire.
