Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with expertise in Australian law regarding contracts, wills, briefs, executive support, and data
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting legal research and analysis on Australian contract law, wills, and related matters.
2. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and briefs in compliance with Australian law.
3. Assisting attorneys in preparing for court hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
4. Providing executive support to lawyers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
5. Handling correspondence, maintaining case files, and managing document databases.
6. Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of legal information and records.
7. Collaborating with the legal team to support efficient workflow and case management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of Australian law, particularly in the areas of contracts, wills, and legal procedures.
3. Proven experience working as a Paralegal with expertise in Australian law.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Proficiency in legal research tools, databases, and software applications.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. High level of professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
> Certification or diploma in Paralegal Studies.
> Prior experience in an Australian law firm.
> Familiarity with case management software and document management systems.
