Full Time Graphic Designer (Web Design Mockups)

I have a custom theme for WordPress that I have build and I currently design sites based on this system. I am getting more work than I can handle and looking for a designer who is proficient with photoshop or similar to design mockups based on my system for presentation to the client. There is some room for creativity but primarily you would be following my design instructions on what I'm looking for with the site. The goal is a simple, clean, organized design that the client loves.
