JOB OVERVIEW

Hi!

We are Apipema LLC, a fast growing homegrown Amazon company that specializes on adhesive

materials and other home essential products. We have several products that rank as Top Best Sellers on

Amazon due to the volume of orders that we get daily.

Accompanied with this is a larger volume of emails that we receive per day, reviews that need response

as a gesture of thanks as well as product inquiries. This is where we would need you.

We would need you to be online to answer emails and send out requests every day (Monday through

Saturday) during the following times:

Morning: 5AM-7AM

Afternoon: 3PM-5PM

Evening: 7PM- 9PM

During Sundays, in order to complete the 40 hours per week, we would need you to be online for 4

hours. You would only need to send out requests and answer product inquiries.

Is this work intensive? The job itself is not demanding since as you can see, you don’t need to be online

at all times of the day. To prove that you are really reading this email, only put cheesecake as the subject

of your application email to us. Also, you will be provided with a 1-on- 1 training on email based

customer service plus a number of pre-made response templates.

We are however very particular with the following traits:

-Ability to answer to our CEO during those prescribed hours

-Ability to work with minimal supervision

-Great attention to detail since you would need to supply the right information such as the correct

spelling of customer’s name, product, and order details

-Ability to follow instructions well

-Hungry for learning and improvement

-Capable of adding value to a company by offering creative solutions.

You don’t need to have a deep background on Amazon as long as you have an experience in email based

customer service. Prior knowledge to Amazon can be a plus on your application, although not required.

my wedding and until then I can’t post a feedback. I will let you know as soon as I use your

product.

3) Hey, your duct tape is really tough! I used it to tape my wife’s mouth and now she can’t say

anything. No more loud complaints!

4) Where is my order! You promised to deliver it today, yet it hasn’t been delivered yet!
