Accounting 7 years of experience or more

We are currently seeking a highly efficient and skilled Accountant to join our team at Restoration DOM Solution. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer operations, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and excel in multitasking. Efficiency and speed in utilizing computer software are essential for this role. Experience in US taxes and QuickBooks is a must.

Responsibilities:

Manage financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and handle month-end closing activities.
Prepare and file tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax.
Provide assistance during audits and financial inspections.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and optimize efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest accounting principles, regulations, and software.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of US tax regulations and experience in preparing tax returns.
Proficiency in using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Excellent computer skills, with the ability to operate efficiently and Upgrade to see actual infotail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
