Are you a skilled QuickBooks expert looking for an exciting opportunity to manage bookkeeping operations for a company that sells premium wood to the BBQ industry? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
1. QuickBooks Management: Managing QuickBooks bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records. Handling new customer setups, managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and generating reports as requested by the manager.

3. Payroll Processing: Skillfully handle payroll tasks, ensuring timely and accurate payment to our dedicated tea
4. Google Spreadsheets: Expertly manage Google Spreadsheets, organizing data and generating valuable insights for the management team.

6. PDF Handling: Expertly handle PDF documents, organizing and extracting essential information as required.
7. Generate reports as requested by the manager to aid decision-making. Skillfully categorize income and expenses for accurate financial reporting.
8. Other Virtual Assistant Functions: Provide comprehensive administrative support, assisting the team with a variety of tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks is essential.
-Ability to work during New York business hours (Eastern Standard Time - EST), 5 days a week.
