Appointment Setter

We’re ready to add another ROCKSTAR to our Sales Team!

If you feel confident with your ability to communicate with people, persuade them by helping them get what they want, and are willing to put your ego aside to learn from the best -- read on, as this role is for you.

We're looking for an Appointment Setter who can help us build meaningful relationships with people whose lives can be changed with the programs we offer at our company, Profit Ops.

Specifically, we work with owners of Digital Marketing Agencies that are struggling to get out of their day to day work. They're drowning in the work, spending less time doing what they used to love - helping clients get results through Digital Marketing!

We help them by systematizing their agency through our Accelerator Program, where we help them build processes, automations, and a team.

Specifically, you'll be responsible for:

Finding and engaging leads;
Speaking to prospects on multiple channels (Facebook Messenger, Email, Phone);
Booking appointments to our System Consultant's calendars;
Hitting targets for calls & applications;
Outbound outreach to prospects
You'll be earning a base pay + commissions from appointments that actually show up for their connection call with our our System Consultants (the people that actually sell).

But to put it in one sentence, your sole aim is to put qualified leads on our System Consultant’s calendars via messaging.

BUT - we don't expect you to just sit back and operate like a machine. We're expecting you to build on these foundations with us -- you need to get creative and engineer new systems as you learn our current systems and find ways to improve on them.

You gotta be organized, work within specific software tools, and have a knack for conversation (psychology + persuasion is a BIG plus).
