JOINT VENTURE / PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

Mirasee is seeking a Joint Venture Virtual Assistant to join their dynamic affiliate marketing team. As the JV Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing Mirasee’s affiliate partnerships, coordinating promotions, and ensuring seamless communication with our partners.

Requirements:
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized, tenacious, methodical, responsible, and systematic approach to tasks
- Proactive and can-do attitude, willing to seek information and clarifications when needed
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong communication abilities for email writing
- Tech-savvy, or willing to learn various platforms including but not limited to Hubspot, Infusionsoft, Ontraport, Airtable, Streak, Asana, Helpscout, Ultracart, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Passionate about delivering exceptional results in every task

Responsibilities:
1. Email/Inbox Management - Check, respond to, and assign partner inbox emails promptly.
2. Reciprocation Promotions for JV Partners/Swipe Copy - Track promotions and swipe copies, manage accounts on JV partner's dashboards, obtain swipe copies and affiliate links from partners, create send schedules and segment lists for promotions, collaborate with copywriters for swipe copy refinement, request post-promotion stats from JV partners.
3. Potential JV Partners Outreach - Research potential partners and networking opportunities, Initiate cold outreach using provided templates, Maintain a monthly outreach list, Record partner data (list size, programs/offers).
4. Launch tasks - Organize promotional dates and track them, Communicate with partners before promotions, Send leaderboard emails during promotions, Manage affiliates in CRMs and set up new affiliates, Import affiliate data and track results using platforms, Standardize thank-you emails and confirm PayPal addresses, Ensure timely commission payouts.

This is a remote full-time role and requires 35-45 hours per week with a flexible schedule, but availability for some Eastern time working hours is necessary, including a weekly tea ---------- eting on Wednesdays at 2:30pm Eastern.

The job is long-term, and the fixed monthly rate is $1000 USD.
