We are a small team of devs working on a pretty big game development project that we hope to release in late 2024 or sooner. The game is a large-scale FPS multiplayer title. At the Upgrade to see actual infont we are looking to get some more 3D artists onboard who can help with environment creations, assets, textures, animations, etc.

With our team, I believe we are capable of competing and beating out the big corporate AAA studios and creating games that are built with passion and creativity instead of pure greed for quick profits. We have our strategy and road map in place, now we just need more competent individuals to hop on board to help deliver the product.

We are looking for someone who can knock off at least some of the following skills and criteria listed below:
- Experience creating game-ready environment art
- Texturing with substance painter
- Creating stylized textures with substance designer and manual hand painting
- 3D animation (character animations and misc animations)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

To apply answer the following:
1. Title your application “GAME 3D”
2. Link your portfolio
3. How deep is your knowledge of unreal engine?
4. Have you ever been involved in game development?
5. How long have you been modeling and what software do you use primarily?
6. Are you capable of modeling in stylized low poly styles?
7. Do you know how to use both substance painter and substance designer?
8. Do you have experience with 3D animation?
9. Do you have any experience or knowledge of military history (not required, but a plus)
10. What are your favorite video games?
11. Is this something you would be interested in for the long haul?
