We are a fast growing Australia company in search of a remote Full time Accountant/ Telco & Services Billing Administrator to carry-out and manage all business Financial matters including Billing administration, invoicing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, job costing, payroll, and other tasks associated tasks including managing vendors, billing scheduling and account reconciliation.
AGM Technology is a Managed Technology Service Provider, Offering a broad range of Technology & Services to government & commercial clients all over Australia. This requires strict compliance with various billing and invoicing policies and acute attention to detail.
Must be able to work on Australian Eastern Time Zone (Sydney) 30-40 hours a week. through time tracking software (although, for the right applicant we would entertain a part-time position). This is for immediate hire.
Primary responsibilities:
General office & billing management involves the following tasks:
Using Xero Accounting (Future) + Our Industry Specific Photocopier ERP / Billing System. (Training to be Provided).
Some of the Duties include :
Verifying accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors.
Creating itemised statements, bills, invoices, and other necessary billing documents, which require calculation of credit terms, shipping charges, discounts, and costs of services in alignment with service contract/agreements.
General bookkeeping work on a job costing basis which may include entering data and maintaining records, invoices, and supporting documents of amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
Creates supporting documentation for billing documents for each type of project, whether it be monthly service agreements, certified payroll reports, or hourly ad-hoc field services billing.
Contacts customers and subcontractors to obtain, verify, and update account information when necessary.
Highlight any discrepancies between logs and invoice
Ensures insurance and corporate compliance and renewals.

Performing of other related duties, as assigned.
Updating and maintaining records of expenditures
Verifying accuracy of invoices before sending out payments
Responding to vendor invoices, statements, verification all items invoiced have been marked off and received by the company
Rewards/Bonuses paid when you find errors/mistakes which results in cost-recovery for the business.
Ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policy
Ensuring all payments are sent on time
Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
Submit these certified payroll sheets to the government on a monthly basis in the form of a single PDF with a coversheet and invoice.
Accounts Receivable is about managing incoming payments on behalf of the company, which involve the following tasks:
Preparing
Analysing financial records for accuracy
Required Skills/Abilities you Must Have:
Excellent understanding of clerical and administrative procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (ENGLISH)
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to do payroll reports.
Proactive and ability to solve problems as they arise.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree or vocational school training preferred in accounting, finance or payroll
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Terms:
Pay is negotiable based upon experience and certifications (30,000PHP to 50,000PHP per month)
40 hours a week + Bonuses and Benefits.
