Job Title: Utility Worker

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Utility Worker to join our team. As a Utility Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on assisting with general upkeep, repairs, and cleanliness of the premises.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing equipment, fixtures, and facilities as needed.
2. Conduct inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs and promptly report them to the appropriate personnel.
3. Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as directed by the maintenance team.
4. Ensure proper functioning of all utility systems, such as water, gas, and electrical supplies.
5. Perform general carpentry work, including painting, drywall repairs, and installation of fixtures.
6. Manage and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies required for maintenance and repairs.
7. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, storage rooms, and utility closets.
8. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and work diligently to resolve issues in a timely manner.
9. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
10. Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and efficient completion of tasks.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in general maintenance, repair work, or a related field is preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
4. Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
8. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
10. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if operating company vehicles).
