Our Company, Hyper Outsourcing is searching for proficient WEB DESIGNER AND DEVELOPER with the following SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

-Must have a solid foundation in programming and computer science.
- Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript, cascading style sheet and other related technologies to code the websites.
-Strong knowledge of: HTML5, CSS3, and PHP
-Knowledge on designing and implementing SEO methodologies and standards
-Have strong experience with Bootstrap and responsive web design.
-Have strong experience with JQuery, Magento, Drupal and Joomla.
-Creative in designing webpage layout and able to determine technical requirements.
-Experience with MySQL and developing applications utilizing relational databases.
-Expert at developing using WordPress standards.
-In-depth knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem, version dependencies and security issues.
-Ability to perform effectively to tight deadlines, work well both independently and as part of a team
-A proactive attitude to problem solving and an understanding of the role of development in a creative environment.
-A good communicator who is fluent in English (written and verbal).
-Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and emerging technologies
-Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
-Knowledgeable of the industry, web-related standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
-Must have a good understanding of browser compatibility and design resolution issues and make suggestions on overall site functionality, navigation, and architecture.

This position requires you to install monitoring software on your PC for use during your shift. This is policy to ensure you're only working for us during the time you're being paid for.

The position is autonomous (you’ll be working remotely) and regular contact with our President/Owner and Manager is expected. You may work from 7am to 3pm CST, or 3pm to 11pm CST (Central Standard Time).
