Sales

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales agent to join our team. As a remote sales agent, you will be responsible for following up with new leads daily, generating new business by making outbound calls, following up with leads through emails and SMS, and connecting shippers with carriers based on their schedules. This is a work-from-home position, and you will be utilizing custom platforms to source potential leads and manage your sales activities.

Responsibilities:


Conduct approximately 100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients, primarily focusing on cold calling efforts.
Follow up with leads through email and SMS to nurture relationships, answer queries, and provide additional information about our software solutions.
Effectively communicate the process of transporting their goods
Identify and understand client needs

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in our CRM ---------- et or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help enhance our service offerings.

Requirements:


Previous experience in sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone, email, and SMS.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling ---------- lf-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using Google Maps and other relevant sales tools and platforms.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
