Full Stack Web Developer for a Dynamic Tech Company

**Job Description:**
Lyon Global, a growing technology company, is seeking a diligent, innovative, and committed Full Stack Web Developer for a unique, fast-paced project. This is an opportunity to participate in the initial development of a multi-faceted, high-traffic platform with a rapid launch timeline, and to provide ongoing support as the platform evolves and expands post-launch.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop a responsive web and mobile application for a two-sided marketplace. The platform caters to two distinct user groups and provides varying access and functionality levels.
- Design and implement a highly secure, scalable solution that can handle high traffic and many simultaneous users while maintaining a reliable user experience.
- Collaborate directly with the founders in a remote setting, maintaining effective communication and project updates through Basecamp.
- Provide ongoing support and updates to the platform post-launch.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer.
- Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with project management systems (experience with Basecamp is a plus, but not required).
- Strong internet connection and necessary computers and devices to complete the job.

**Other Information:**

- Work will be performed remotely.
- Salary starts at 30k PHP/month, assuming a 35-hour work week.
- Pay is made weekly for the first 30 days, bi-monthly after that, directly into any Philippines bank account or GCash.
- Successful applicants will be required to verify their ID and sign a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement due to the confidential nature of the work.
- All onboarding expenses will be covered by us.
- After 90 days, we will reimburse contributions made to SSS and PAG-IBIG.
- After 120 days, we will cover a Maxicare EReady Advance Platinum card (one per year).

**Hiring Process:**

1. Apply for the position.
2. If selected, you will receive an email with five questions.
3. Following the email questionnaire, a video interview will be scheduled, with parts in English and Tagalog/Bisayan.
4. If hired, you will receive a contract detailing clear terms.
