Key Responsibilities:

Watch our video tutorials to comprehend our manual data research and analysis processes.
Plan in advance and recreate these procedures as automated workflows using the Robomotion platform. The automation tasks include but are not limited to:

Email newsletters: Handling everything from database collection and segmentation to data transmission for mailing and auto-sending.
Social media: Scrapping for relevant posts and keywords, scheduling, and publishing content, and evaluating the success of social media campaigns.
Keyword research: Enhancing our SEO by automating the process of keyword research to improve accuracy and save time.
Content creation: Assisting in generating topic ideas, drafting headlines, and even creating content.
Lead extraction and qualification: Retrieving lead information from various sources, auto-qualifying leads based on certain criteria, and updating the CRM systems accordingly.
Data management: Cleaning, transforming, analyzing, and exporting data to our database via an API.
Advanced web searches: Performing comprehensive searches to gather information about potential clients and competitors.
Document processing: Extracting data from various formats and processing structured and semi-structured documents with inconsistent data.
Oversee the deployment and management of RPA bots, which can be cloud-based or hosted on our servers.
Monitor and report on bot performance on a weekly basis, optimizing workflows as needed for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in RPA development
Understanding of real estate market data and lead generation processes.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A basic grasp of Javascript would be advantageous but not essential.
