What We’re Looking For?

We are looking for a full-time SEO Specialist who can help us bring more organic success to our clients. You don’t need to know all the most advanced skills of SEO, just a very well understanding and implementation of the basics is enough and as a team, together, we can learn and discover some new strategies that will benefit you, the clients and the business.


Some of the basic SEO Tools we use are;
- Yoast SEO Tool
- SemRush
- Agency Analytics for keyword position tracking
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- HiveDesk - not really an SEO tool, but just a work tracking tool for payroll purposes.

Some of the basic SEO skills we’re looking for are;
- SEO Writing with the integration of keywords with the use of AI Tools
- Blog/Article writing with the integration of keywords with the use of AI tools
- Reading Google Analytics and Google Search Console Data
- Competitive Analysis
- Reading Ranking performance data. We can walk you through the tools we’re using if you are not familiar with them as long as you can comprehend the position movements.
- ATTENTION TO DETAILS — don’t be a copy/ paste applicant. Read my friend and you will be rewarded.

To know if you are the best fit for the post, we have prepared a scenario that will require your basic SEO knowledge. This will test not only your basic skills but your attention to detail and your eagerness to come on top to beat the lazy applicants.

There is a meat shop business in Melbourne that also provide meat deliveries with a website live for already 8 years but hasn’t been able to get many buyers and traffic. Congratulations! We have now successfully set the client’s website for SEO using the steps you provided in Question #1. Now, on the client’s 3rd month’s SEO performance result, we need to give them an update on the last 3 months' website activities and performance. What are your steps?
