Benetnasch is seeking for a qualified and competent Lawyer/Attorney to assist us in all legal and immigration concerns.

Schedule:
- Must be available any day of the week, including weekends for possible consultations.
- 9:00am-12:00pm Central Time (10pm-1:00am Philippine Time); for updates and task assignments.

>Operating Hours: Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
>Incomplete requirements will NOT be entertained.

Requirements:

Job Duties:
- Responsible for overseeing the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents
- Drafts correspondence and legal documents such as but not limited to contracts
- Researches relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
- Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of visa petitions and applications
- To continuously research the new policies and processes that the Bureau of Immigration releases and secure compliance
- Perform liaison work with government agencies
- Provide status updates
- File documents in the proper order
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
- Must possess active license to practice law.
- Well-versed in Philippine Business Registration Process
- Well-versed in dealing with foreign clients
- Must be hardworking and keen on details
- Strong writing and research skills
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to the supervisor
