Qualifications:
- At least 2 yrs. experience handling AR and AP Management.
- Advanced knowledge using QBO.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily communications and answering queries.
- Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct.
- Recording and filing transactions.
- Helps to ensure the company receives payment for services.
- Secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Processing of payments and financial transactions.
- Liaise with finance officers and contractors concerning financial records and accounts.
