SEO Specialist

We are looking for someone with experience optimizing web pages for improved search engine rank for identified keywords. This individual should naturally think strategically & always be looking for ways to better or more efficiently achieve results for our customers. This person also needs to be a life long learner & excited to continually dig into the best ways to better promote our clients on the web. Our hope is that this person has the soft skills needed to collaborate and engage with our internal Web Marketing Project Manager and Web Strategists to ensure that each customer sees success and clear return on investment, no matter their service level.

These are the qualifications that we are looking for:

- Experience setting up and optimizing web pages for SEO
- Experience with optimizing online business profiles on Google, Bing, Apple Business Connect and Yelp
- Experience writing successful SEO landing pages
- Passionate about the web
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Strategic Thinker with the ability to quickly spot trends, wins and areas for opportunity
- Desire to create new systems of accountability & efficiency
- Autonomous Self Starter
- A willingness to work a remote schedule that allows for collaboration with tea ---------- mbers working in the United States on Central Standard Time (i.e. be available for meetings that may be scheduled between 9pm - 11pm Philippines Standard Time)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for each assigned client
- Generate & Research keywords for new clients
- Create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
- Collaborate with web marketing team & clients to target the right traffic
- Assist in Cybernautic’s inbound marketing efforts: strategize, write content, develop campaigns
