JOB OVERVIEW

-Consistently monitor and add pages to our three websites to gain organic (not pay per click ads) visits to our three ---------- O, etc.
-Monitor my top traffic keywords weekly to change pages as needed to maximize traffic.
-Handle and create social media campaigns (Facebook/TikTok/Twitter/Instagram/etc.) for all three accounts/locations.
-Create and edit videos for all of our new listings, to add to both social media sites as well as individual pages within our three websites/locations.
-Manage our monthly e-newsletter for each of three locations - content and scheduling to send.
-Maintain list of clients for each of three locations for birthdays/anniversaries/etc. and upload as directed into accounts to manage for e-greetings.
-Create closing videos as needed and post them for each location on social pages
-Create and post reels, etc. for YouTube, IG, etc.
-Add data for each website/location for local My Maps info such as parks, restaurants, etc.
-Create and manage each agent's individually personalized bio video for each team/location
-Ensure our brand is well-represented in anything/everything we do - our Grand Allure Home Group logo as well as RE/MAX logo, brand colors, etc.
-Create flyers/postcards/etc. for printed needs if/when needed.
-Design team cards if/when needed for birthdays, housiversaries, wedding anniversaries, kid's birthdays, etc.
-Create holiday team cards to send out and get printed as needed.
-Create and manage agent testimonial videos for each tea ---------- mber to help show their value and to post, etc.
-Keep Google My Business Pages/Posts consistent with posts and up to date for all three teams/locations
-Work to get engagement on our posts and from our audience on our social media pages.
-Assign videos needed from team each week to keep consistency and posting constantly.
-Creating and managing team Linktree Accounts as necessary for tea ---------- mbers, IG bio, etc.
-Creating taglines and info to go along with promos/giveaways at conferences as needed.
-Creating email signatures as/when needed for tea ---------- mbers.
-Assisting with promoting events, creating evites and/or sign-up genius links, Facebook events, etc. as needed for client appreciation events.
-Creating/managing Google Ads accounts as/when needed.
-Following agent to agent referral reach out/program across the country.
-Create Kudoboards and social media posts for team birthdays, workiversaries, big milestones, awards, etc.
-Create a weekly post template personalized to each agent with verbiage and trending hashtags to post on their own social media pages.
-Work to create hyperlocal info/data posted for each team location/social media accounts.
-Obtain/edit/post business spotlight videos, neighborhood spotlight videos, and more!
-Create and manage a calendar of monthly topics to post about and/or weekly as well as a team calendar to share with vacations planned, team trips, and more.
-Work to get more reviews/testimonials from clients/sphere/etc to post
-Anything else as needed that falls under the marketing category
-Show initiative, bring ideas, and more!
