Responsibilities:
As an ARS, your primary responsibility will be to conduct research and input data into appraisal reports. Additionally, you will provide valuable administrative support, including handling client and appraiser email requests, delivering appraisal reports to clients, and assisting with order bidding and entry as ---------- this role, you will collaborate closely with our administrative team, working together to support each other in various tasks. As you grow with the company, you will have the opportunity for cross-training in other administrative areas, fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in working with various client websites and platforms.
- Strong email and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and helping others.
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Excellent English language and typing skills are a MUST.
- Trustworthy, responsible, passionate, and motivated.
- Real estate and/or appraisal background is a plus, but not required—willingness to learn is essential.

Benefits:
We offer a full-time, 40-hour commitment per week, with the provision of 13th-month bonus pay and vacation days after the initial probationary period.

Pay Rate: $3.50 per hour during the initial 90-day probationary period, which increases to $4.00 per hour upon the successful completion of your training. You will be expected to provide daily reports for the work completed, ensuring transparency and accountability.
