CONSOLO software Quality Assurance Hospice Nurse

Hospice agency looking for an experienced virtual assistant who can provide admin support as well as provide ongoing Quality Assurance for chart audits, clinical review, QAPI, etc.

We are transitioning from HospiceMD to Consolo (WellSky) for our electronic medical record system.

**Need to help train existing staff on how to use Consolo (WellSky).

- Must have Nursing background.
- Must have Hospice experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Billing experience is helpful.
- Experience using HospiceMD is very helpful.
- Must have QA experience to evaluate and analyze the electronic medical record of patients to verify if the written narratives, assessments and scales accurately reflect the assigned ICD code.
-Must be able to audit charts and accurately find discrepencies which may affect billing, compliance, QAPI, or patient care.

****Unfortunately this job position is specific to a nurse who has experience using Consolo EMR software.
