Junior Acquisition Rep (Real Estate Cold Calling)

Hi! This is Blake. I need a JR Acquisition rep with excellent English language skills, including a near-perfect accent and an extensive vocabulary (MUST).

You will:

- Conduct initial discovery calls with potential homeowners who have expressed interest in selling their houses
- Engage in conversations to assess their willingness to receive an offer for their property
Qualifications:
- Engage in phone conversations with potential homeowners, probing and prodding to gather relevant information.

Pay structure:

The Junior Acquisition position will receive an hourly wage of $4. In addition to the base pay, a commission of 5% will be paid for each successful ---------- om time to time, the company may award random bonuses or appreciation rewards. High-performing Junior Acquisition may have the opportunity to advance into a Senior Acquisition Specialist role, which involves greater responsibility and offers higher earning potential.
