Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our Video Content Team, which comprises Video Editors and Video Tutorial Creators. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective collaboration, timely delivery, and consistent quality of video content produced for our platform. Your expertise in project management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities will be crucial in driving the success of our content development initiatives.


Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Video Content Team, including Video Editors and Video Tutorial Creators.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with content development stakeholders.
- Interview candidates for our content creation team whenever required.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between tea ---------- mbers to enhance productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and guidelines throughout the content creation process.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to tea ---------- mbers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external vendors and contractors when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online educational content.



Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an online content creation platforms like YouTube.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide tea ---------- mbers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster effective team dynamics.
- Familiarity with video production and post-production processes.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is a plus.
