VIRTUAL ASSISTANT Office all-rounder: PART TIME
Job Description:
? Customer service- calling clients with regards to lacking documents to calling banks
? Web research- on how the lending business works in Australia
? Social Media- updating social media sites on the business, i.e. Website
? Email Management- from clients and Samantha Camera
? Calendar Management- set meetings, set calls, manage tasks assigned
? Data entry and Data base management - be familiar with work CRM
? Computer Literate- be familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook and have advanced general computer skill
Skills Required:
? English proficiency is a MUST
? Excellent written and communication skills IN ENGLISH
? Candidate must have strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
? Be able to work under pressure and work to deadlines
? Attention to detail is a must
? Candidate must be able to multitask is a definite
? Candidate must have the ability to work autonomously, be a self-starter/proactive, be responsible to manage and complete the tasks being assigned to them
? Must be available for hours of work between 9AM to 6PM Melbourne time Monday to Friday
? Must be reliable and wanting long term on going employment
Computer Skills
? Must have advanced computer skills including editing PDF files and creating editable/fillable PDF documents
? Candidate must have good internet connection and a functional computer that can handle the tools, ie Dropbox, Microsoft Outlook, Softphone Zoiper, Microsoft Office, Teamwork, Teamviewer, and more.
