Production Control Assistant Manager

Location: HEIP, Palihan, Hermosa, Bataan

Qualifications:

· Graduate of any Engineering or Management course

· At least five (5) years experience in any related field

· With strong analytical ability

· Excellent in communication and management skills

· Proven strategic planning experience at the management level

Responsibilities:

· Reviews and approves the accuracy of weekly production plan

· Recommends improvement of the department principles, methods, and control to enhance performance and productivity of the group

· Monitors and reports compliance of subordinates with standard procedures and policies

· Confirms the production schedule and delivery schedule

· Evaluate and negotiate cost of all packaging materials

· Supervise all staff, leaders and associates by providing proper motivation and training and above leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php40,000.00 per month
