Real Estate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

---------- is currently hiring a Virtual Real Estate Cold Caller!

The Cold Caller will work hand in hand with our sales team to qualify prospective sellers who fit our criteria as someone wanting to sell their property. This position is responsible for conducting outbound calls to qualify prospects and forwarding them to the sales team for consultation and closing. We need someone who is an independent self-starter, that takes initiative to help us reach our target Sellers and helping them to get their homes sold.

The right candidate is enthusiastic, has high energy, a can-do attitude, having a hunger for success, and initiative is mandatory!

In addition to the above prerequisites, having Great American English accent is Highly Preferred and is a definite plus!

This is a Part-Time, Work from Home position with an opportunity to go Full-Time dependent upon performance. Your workplace should be quiet and away from any background noise or sound.

Your Work from Home Equipment should include the following:
