Find and fill out job applications for me

I need help submitting my resume to job listing across the internet, particularly with a focus in sending my resume to recruiters hiring for C2C (corp to corp) software consulting jobs. These will be for entirely remote jobs based in the USA. This will require you to be able to find job postings on Dice and other websites, and properly filling out as many relevant job applications as possible.
