Create SOP For Crypto Exchange

Looking for someone to put together an SOP including flow charts for our P2P Crypto exchange.

We work off four Tier 1 Crypto exchanges selling Crypto to investors and need to put together processes for our customer service and team leader staff.

This will include navigating our systems
Our processes
Common scenarios
And general guidelines

This would be done via a zoom call with a recording to reference back to. The candidate would need to sign an NDA.
