LOMA (Loan Officer Marketing Assistant)

Required Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills both Verbal & Written (English Mastery).
• At least 1yr. work experience as a Virtual / Marketing Assistant / Marketing Manager.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Products such as MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams and at least familiar with CRM Tools (such as Total Expert, Home Bot, and Meta Business Page).
• Works efficiently under minimal supervision. Works well with his/her teammates.
• Works in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to Clients / Loan Officers' inquiries and requests via MS Teams or Emails.
• Provides updates to the Clients regarding Marketing materials.
• Responsible for creating Marketing Media Kits such as Creating Flyers, Emails, Landing Pages, and Contact Records and sending them to clients.
• Resourceful, knows how to utilize Google search and other websites which may be needed in completing some tasks.
• To send screenshots of the most active Homeowners/Buyers in your accounts to help keep you top of mind of those contacts.
• Send Realtor invites to help collaborate on Homebot.
• To import homeowners and buyers’ information into Homebot.
• To perform other Admin tasks as requested / needed.

System Requirements:
• Connection Speed: at least 25Mbps. with available backup internet.
• Computer/Laptop Specs: Processor i5 or above, 12GB RAM, and at least 512 SSD. A Dual Monitor/Screen is a plus but not required.
• Noise Cancelling Headset.
