(Web) Dev team lead

We're looking for a full-time dev team lead to help ensure the web development processes are flowing smoothly, tasks are being completed properly and with the quality of work expected, help answer project questions to tea ---------- mbers and help them complete items where needed.

Your primary function will be team management and ---------- condary tasks will include some web work, dev, light support tasks, task organization, helping with process, documentation, and the like.

Most of our dev team is in the Philippines, though we work slightly altered American work hours.

You must be a developer to apply, though you do not need to be a senior level developer. Mid-level and higher is important to understand code, tasks and understand what's going on in the team and thus help support them. You will also be asked to do some actual coding tasks, thus being a developer is a must. You will be put in a leadership position, thus you must have be able to think for yourself, know how to research quality solution and be able to tell me when I am wrong (meaning: please stand up to me and tell me if I'm doing something stupid and/or if there's a better solution).

- Php
- JS (Alpine, React, jQuery)
- HTML
- some light ruby tasks

Frameworks we use:
- WordPress
- Shopify
- Magento (though very seldom)
- Laravel
- Full custom apps

You must have good development, leadership, and communication skills.
