Experienced Phone Customer Service VA for USA working hours

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant for Customer Service. This work will be done during USA working hours of 9am to 7pm central time 7 days a week. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week depending on your assigned schedule.

During slower times when there are not many phone calls, you will work with data entry work.

Responsibilities include:
Answering Phone Calls
Online customer chat
Data validation
Shopify data entry

Required Qualifications
American Accent
Detail oriented **this is the top qualification**
Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
Good telephone speaking voice
