The person we need:
Prerequisites:

Must have:
* Open and trustworthy disposition
* Good communication skills (good English a must)
* Ability to take initiative and work independently
* Ability to manage others in a clear, forthright but respectful manner
* Willingness to ask for guidance if/when needed
* Extensive experience with Drupal and its ecosystem of development tools (e.g., Drush)
* General PHP and SQL database experience
* Demonstrated bug-squashing/troubleshooting/problem-solving skills

Preferred:
* Project management experience
* Involvement with Drupal community
* History of contributions to Drupal - e.g. core &/or modules
