Controller

Job Description:

As the Controller, your role is to maximize the return on financial assets through the establishment of financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. You will protect assets by enforcing internal controls and monitoring the financial condition through audits. Additionally, you will manage cash balances, prepare financial reports, and ensure operational efficiency. Your responsibilities also include recruiting and training financial staff and maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.


Requirement:
- Must have 3 years of managerial experience preferably gained from finance or accounting roles.
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in finance or accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate across functions.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Amenable to work on a US-based schedule and remotely.
