Role Overview:

As the Social Media Manager at Sparx Multimedia, you will play a pivotal role in curating and executing winning social media strategies for our diverse clientele. You will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your expertise in conceptualizing and crafting engaging content, writing compelling captions, and selecting the right hashtags will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, engagement, and overall success for our clients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute your creative ideas and work collaboratively with our talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive monthly social media strategies for multiple client accounts in different niches.

Create captivating and visually appealing content concepts for each post, tailored to the specific platform and target audience.

Write compelling captions that align with brand voice, tone, and message for each ---------- lect and utilize relevant hashtags to maximize reach and engagement on each social media post.

Monitor social media trends, industry best practices, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.

Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community on behalf of our clients.

Analyze and interpret social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and explore opportunities for expansion (Pinterest, etc.).

Collaborate with our content creators and designers to develop visually appealing assets for social media posts.

If possible, edit videos to enhance social media content, but this skill is considered a bonus, not a requirement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, showcasing successful management of various social media platforms.

Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok management.

Familiarity with Pinterest is a bonus.

Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft engaging captions for diverse audiences.

A strategic mindset with the ability to create and implement effective social media strategies.

Analytical skills to track performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.

Knowledge of video editing tools and software is a plus, but not mandatory.

A passion for creativity, marketing, and staying ahead of the digital marketing landscape.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
