Bookkeeper/Accountant High Level

I am looking for a bookkeeper/Accountant to manage the finances for our business.
We are a screenprinting company who prints t-shirts for businesses.

Here is a breakdown of what we are looking for:


Must know Quickbooks Online

Will manage both two businesses under one company


Run reports in Quickbooks


Accounts Receivable
Creating Estimates
Turning Estimates into invoices
When payment comes through, they need to recognize the payment needing to apply to the invoice
Must be familiar with merchant fees
Stripe
Paypal



Accounts Payable
Create P.O.s
Sending P.O.s to vendors
Turn P.O.s into bills
When they pay the bill, they need to be marking in the system what vendor for what bills
Keep track of bills and pay them all (personal and business)


Must reconcile all accounts
