High-Level of Role:

This role is part of an offering we’re delivering to our law firm clients to help them source, recruit, screen, and hire a variety of roles, including Executive Assistant, Marketing personnel (all levels), Office Admins, and Executives (COO, CEO, CFO, CMO, etc.)
This recruiting service has a major impact on our clients’ success journey and their ability to grow their own law firms.

As a Recruiter at Crisp, your job is to drive the full cycle recruitment, from (potentially) sourcing candidates using both passive and active recruiting strategies, to conducting phone screens, to sending test assignments, to submitting candidates for approval to clients, to carrying all the way through hiring.

You’ll be working closely with Sourcers, a team of fellow Recruiters, a Team Lead Recruiter, the Director of Recruiting, and Recruiting Operations Manager.

This is your golden ticket to leave a lasting imprint on Crisp's legacy. The mission, should you accept it, is to elevate Crisp's already remarkable prowess, supercharging it to levels of proficiency and efficiency that are nothing short of extraordinary.

Your Responsibilities:

Achieve minimally four unique hires per month (in addition to other metrics that will shift according to client and business needs)
Role intake meetings, internally with your Team Lead, and possibly with the law firm clients, themselves, depending your capability level and presentation skills
Possibly source candidates, depending on the urgency and level of role (or, at the least, sort through existing lists of candidates discovered by our Sourcing team to take through the recruiting pipeline)
Calendar and conduct phone screens
Pre-, during, and post-phone screening:
a. Evaluating credentials and conducting comparative analysis with position requirements to assess compatibility between the two.
b. Assessing factors such as experience, education, skills, training, cultural fit within the law firm clients and candidate matches
c. Understanding the salary requirements of candidates and negotiating compensation to maximize profit margins for law firm clients
Send and track completion of test assignments
Submit candidates for approval to clients, carrying all the way through hiring
Ensure candidate responsiveness and excitement throughout the recruiting process
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on submissions, interviews, confirmations, and placements
Liaise across a variety of roles within the recruiting department including other Recruiters, Sourcers, Team Lead Recruiters, Recruiting Director, and Recruiting Operations Manager
Work with Recruiting Operations Manager to ensure the necessary flow of candidate paperwork is sent and completed, timely (background checks, drug screenings, etc.)
Work within, pull information from, and maintain our ATS (applicant tracking system) - Greenhouse
Data Entry: Handle data entry and updates across various platforms like you're playing an intense game of Whack-a-Mole with the data points

Your Qualifications:

Four + years of recruiting experience, up to Executive level roles (preferred law firm roles, but not required)

Impeccable, native-sounding spoken and written English (this is critical to instill trust in our law firm clients)
Vast knowledge of all main candidate resume job portals (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and recruiting tactics (both active and passive recruiting, boolean searches, etc.)
Proficiency in ATS (bonus points if Greenhouse)
Ability to work 9am - 5pm EST US (our local office hours)
Demonstrated ability to own and drive intake as well as a keen understanding of a variety of client environments and their needs and goals
Demonstrated ability to hold candidate interest and convey the value of working for the client’s law firm - what’s in it for the candidate
Ability to navigate through the corporate red tape of both internal (Crisp) and external (our law firm clients) player’s availability to make interviews and steps happen quickly and accurately, across the entire recruiting flow to candidate hire status
Understand HR practices and employment law as they relate to recruiting (labor laws, 1099 vs. W2, etc.)
Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements of our clients
Familiarity with Slack and Zoom (or similar)
