Responsibilities:

Business development: Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for contract talent. You will Negotiate Contract terms, Pricing and provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.
Placement activities: Find and select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with client companies and contract professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer ---------- addition, the client solutions manager will resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer ---------- et and exceed weekly business development goals.

Qualifications:

3+ years of client business development experience, Sourcing clients, negotiating pricing, sending and receiving service agreements, opening and filling jobs.
3+ years of recruiting advanced practice NP's or PA's
Specific Experience with NNP's are a plus
Proven track record of success and a competitive, self-motivated personality.
Strong desire to build a career in recruiting, with proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate and client relationships.
Ideally will have candidate recruiting experience in addition to client ---------- pensation:
Base Salary + up to $12,000/Month for top performers.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm MST
US shift

Experience:

Healthcare Recruiting: 3 years (Required)
Business to Business sales: 3 years (Preferred)
