Training Supervisor

Snapscale is seeking an In-House Training Supervisor for a promising opportunity with our growing BPO. The Training Supervisor will be responsible for training tea ---------- mbers (Virtual Assistants, Healthcare Virtual Assistants, Customer Service Representatives) and will serve as a member of our HIPAA Compliance ---------- ndidate Profile:

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (required).
Bachelor's Degree in related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
Ability to quickly learn and utilize new programs
Knowledge of various training platforms and methods
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
Organized and analytical with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
Salary: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month (based on experience)
