Job description
The role will include the following:
-Extensive customer service
-Collating and sending documents to clients
-Following up documents for signature
-Lodgment of tax returns
-Mail processing
-Processing client documents, details and information
-Appointment making
-Dealing with new client enquiries
-Client obligation management
-Administrative support
-Social media management and
-Other duties as required
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
-Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a professional setting
-Excellent technology skills and the ability to adapt to new systems
-Excellent interpersonal skills - must be a people person and enjoy helping others
-High level of professionalism
-Attention to detail
-Excellent phone manner
