Finance All Rounder for Warehouse

3PL Australian Warehouse needs an energetic and highly motivated finance all rounder with previous experience in Xero.

WHY THIS IS THE BEST ROLE EVER:
We are an agency that has been engaged by an established 3PL Warehouse in Australia to find a finance all rounder. This warehouse has huge goals and aspirations to grow rapidly in the next 1-2 years. If you are accepted your hours will start part time but you will have the opportunity to potentially go full time and eventually work your way up into becoming indispensible for the business. This is an exciting long term stable opportunity for the right candidate. All paid in $AUD.

>> Must have previous experience with Xero accounting software.
>> Must be able to present previous work experience and relevance.
>> Must be able to work for a minimum of 15-20hrs per week to begin with.

ABOUT THE WAREHOUSE:
Currently seeing growth due to increased e-commerce clients and regional demand. You will be directly supporting the CEO and senior management team. They will rely on you to keep all their accounts in order, have high attention to detail and take initiative when and where required. Whilst initially part time, if you have the skills and can prove yourself this role has the potential to grow very quickly into full time work for the right person.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have knowledge in Xero accounting software.
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a finance all rounder.
- Experience dealing with Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Manual billing and Book keeping.
- Confident working by yourself and carrying out tasks to meet deadlines.
- Fast internet connection.
- Must never miss deadlines.
- Available through WhatsApp and email for project updates.
- Must be a team player and up for a laugh and some fun.
- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Must have high attention to detail!

BONUS:
- Big bonus to anyone who has prior experience working for an Australian 3PL in the past using Xero. These candidates will be highly regarded.


WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Probation bonus. The successful candidate will be given $100AUD as a sign-on bonus, once they have successfully completed their first 60days of work.
- Starting Pay range is anywhere between $4 - $12/hr.
- Opportunity to grow into full-time ---------- cluding salary, bonuses, paid training, pay-rises inline with inflation and other conditions.

WHAT YOU PROVIDE:
- Must have your own working computer capable of supporting finance programs and any other software that may be needed.
- Must have high-speed internet.
- Great level of English.
- Must be confident to do occasional video calls and speak with people in Australia.
