We are looking for a passionate Contact Center IT Specialist, experienced with V ---------- , to join our dynamic IT team. You will play an integral role in managing and optimizing our contact center technologies, primarily focusing on the V ---------- open-source contact center solution. Key Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of V ---------- contact center solution.
Manage and optimize all inbound, outbound calls, email, and customer website chat through V ---------- .
Plan, design, develop, and optimize contact center technologies to enhance user experience and performance.
Support end-users, including troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions.
Minimum Requirements:

A degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication Networks, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with V ---------- or similar open-source contact center technologies.
Proficient understanding of Contact Center technologies including IP PBX, SIP/IAX trunk setup, Asterisk, FreePBX, Elastix, and others.

Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications in Asterisk dCAP, V ---------- , FreePBX SCE, 3CX Certified Basic Engineer, or similar will be a plus.
