Head of machinery/Head Mechanic

Hi all! We are currently seeking 02 Workshop Managers/Head Mechanics/Heads of Machinery/Equipment Managers able to work in the golf industry in Vietnam (6 Golf courses), offering a salary of $3000 per month. The ideal candidates should have experience in maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of high-end machinery, luxury automobiles, or similar products.

1. Oversees all Golf Course workshops and provides training to mechanics, benchmarks maintenance
standards for all construction and maintenance equipment & workshops.
2. Coordinates equipment centralization strategies for effective utilization maximizing cost control and
efficiency.
3. Recruits, trains & supervises all staff rcquired for maintenance guidelines for all golf course related
construction and maintenance equipment.
4. Implements and controls all equipment record keeping including daily logs, parts use and individual
equipment history records. Plans, organizes, and directs the sharpening and grinding of reels and rotary
blades for all BRG golf facilities. Provides recommendations for equipment rotation & replacement
programs to DOGCCM
5. Development of spare parts purchasing programs through selected vendors using strict Inventory controls to minimize expenditure whilst providing optimum equipment performance.
6. Other tasks as reasonably requested by the DOGCCM
