**Job Description:**
As a Twilio SendGrid Expert at Tempo, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our email communication strategy and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of email campaigns. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Twilio SendGrid platform, maintaining high deliverability rates, and safeguarding our sender ---------- this role, you will work closely with our marketing, customer support, and development teams to design, implement, and monitor successful email campaigns that engage our audience and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Configure, manage and optimize Twilio SendGrid to achieve maximum deliverability and inbox placement.
- Monitor email performance metrics and implement strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted email campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any email deliverability issues, identifying potential areas of improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and deliverability.
- Implement and maintain appropriate email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure email security and prevent spoofing.
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze the results to optimize email content and design for higher conversions.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving email marketing performance based on data-driven analysis.
- Assist in the development of custom email templates and ensure they are responsive across different devices and email clients.
- Monitor and manage email suppression lists to comply with anti-spam regulations and data protection laws.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience and expertise in managing Twilio SendGrid for large-scale email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and industry standards.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools, A/B testing, and segmentation strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and anti-spa ---------- asures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot email-related issues quickly.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template development is a plus.
- Certification in Twilio SendGrid or email marketing is desirable.
