We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as an Administrative
Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant (PA):
Assist with managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain efficient filing and organization systems.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
Draft and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
Provide support with research and data analysis.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and colleagues.
Bookkeeper:
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping processes.
Perform data entry and reconcile financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate with external accountants during audits and tax preparation.
Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
Payroll Assistant:
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage employee records, including timesheets, benefits, and deductions.
Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Utilize payroll software proficiently to streamline processes.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
Generate payroll reports and assist with payroll tax filings.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, bookkeeper, or payroll assistant.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using technology, including various software applications.
Discretion in handling confidential
Proficiency in mathematics and analytical thinking.
Familiarity with payroll laws, regulations, and payroll software.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work
