Currently, we are on the lookout for an efficient, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Fully Remote Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist. The candidate will begin as a part-time employee with the prospect of transitioning to a full-time ---------- itially, they will focus on managing the early stages of the recruitment process, which includes screening applicants and scheduling initial interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and screen applications from various sourcing channels.
- Identify and shortlist top-quality candidates using pre-established criteria and a keen eye for talent.
- Schedule initial phone interviews for shortlisted candidates using our online booking link.
- Keep precise records of candidate interactions and statuses within our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to consistently refine and enhance our recruitment process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- In-depth understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using office software and digital scheduling tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:

The role initially requires a commitment of 2 hours daily, divided between morning (8am-9am EST) and evening (7pm-8pm EST) shifts. The primary tasks will be sifting through applications and scheduling initial interviews conducted by our team. Willingness to work weekends is necessary as this job requires availability 7 days a week.
